How to Install bomstrip software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

bomstrip software package provides tool to strip Byte-Order Marks from UTF-8 text files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install bomstrip 

bomstrip is installed in your system.

Make ensure the bomstrip package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bomstrip *
